Submission Process

Content Guidelines 

Kaleidoscript features a blend of fiction and nonfiction. Therefore, the stories should be relatable with elements of truth.
Submissions should fit into one of the following categories:
💎 Memoirs
💎 Mystery
💎 Fantasy
💎 Inspirational
💎 Romance
While we prefer these categories, we understand that stories can overlap with other genres. Please ensure your written content blends fiction with reality.
We don't accept articles or learning material. This magazine is purely about stories.
We prefer inspirational stories or those of truth, whether they are fictional or real. 

Submission Format 

All submissions should be in electronic format, preferably.doc or docx. or written directly in the portal.
Use a standard font and size (e.g., Times New Roman, 12pt).
Please do not format your Word document. Keep the paragraphs left aligned.

Word Count

Fiction and Nonfiction: up to1,500
Flash Fiction: up to 1,000 

Topic Selection 

Keep an eye on our website or guidelines for specific theme updates. Submissions should align with the current theme, if specified. 

Originality 

Submissions must be original work created by the author. Previously published work, including on personal blogs or social media, is generally not accepted. 

Content Restrictions

 We do not accept submissions that contain erotic romance, content considered R-rated, including profanity or abuse of any kind. 

Editing 

Please edit and proofread your work thoroughly before submission. Well-edited submissions have a better chance of being accepted.
We offer editing services. Please check the box in the form and make the payment if you wish your story to be edited. 

Collaborative Work 

If your submission includes contributions from multiple authors or artists, please provide their names and roles. 

Publication Guarantee 

Submitting your story does not guarantee it will be published in the magazine. We reserve the right to select and publish works that align with our editorial vision. 

Response Expectations

As a paid subscriber, we will respond to your submission. We may provide feedback if your story requires further editing.

Age Limitations

By providing us with your data, you warrant to us that you are over 15 years of age.

Legal Considerations 

Ensure that your submission does not infringe on any copyrights or legal issues. By submitting your work, you confirm it is your own and grant Kaleidoscript the right to publish it.
